What to expect:
To complete the automated identity proofing process, we will need to verify a government issued ID that has been issued to you. You will need to enter your name, address and birthdate along with your government issued Social Security Number. The information you submit during this automated proofing process is handled in a secure manner, both in transmission and at rest.
Additionally, we will need to contact you through a mobile phone that you own. If your mobile phone number cannot be verified, you will be prompted to enter a personal credit card to demonstrate control of a financial account instead. This credit card will not be charged any fees during this proofing phase. Later, if payment is required, the credit card you supplied for identity proofing can be used or a different card may be used. For identity verification, you must provide a credit card that is registered to you.
Once you have completed your organizational registration and identity proofing, you will be able to initiate workflows to provision Direct Addresses for all employees at your organization.
